Nearly 10% of young people think fake tanning products cause cancer, according to new research.

The survey conducted by the Teenage Cancer Trust as part of its 2011 Shunburn campaign questioned over 600 13 to 24-year-olds on their attitudes to sunbeds, sun cream and self tan.
